Hola que tal? Gracias por visitar y bienvenido a mi Blog. Hoy quise compartir una experiencia personal sobre la perdida de peso. Cuando inicialmente empece, imaginaba que todo sera muy aburrido, repetitivo y una tortura, pero una vez que me fui educando sobre el tema, todo se convirtio mas facil y manejable a mi estilo de vida. Ahora puedo decir que despuede cinco años de haber vencido la obesidad, AMO mi estilo de vida y me siento con tremenda energia. Un estilo de vida sano no tiene que ser sinonimo de “Privaciones o Tortura”, es muy simple, solo se requiere un conocimiento basico de Nutricion, algo de planeacion, y muchas ganas de querer convertirnos en una mejor version de nosotros mismos.

No Creo que eliminacion definitiva de tus alimentos favoritos sea la mejor estrategia a largo plazo. Por el contrario, y experiencia personal los tres pasos mas importantes del aprendizaje en un plan de alimentacion saludable son: Proporcionalidad,Variedad, Moderacion.

Muchos expertos en Nutricion afirman que no hay alimentos “Malos” o “Buenos”, pero aun asi, muchos de nosotros olvidamos las recomendaciones basicas que forman una alimentacion saludable.

Proporcionalidad, tambien conocida como el balance. Significa comer y beber mas alimentos, densos en nutrientes como frutas y vegetales, legumbres, leche baja en grasa y menos alimentos altos en grasa, azucar, sal, o alcohol. El balance tambien significa que empate con Balance energetico (el total de calorias consumidas en comparacion con las calorias gastadas por tu metabolismo y tu actividad fisica). Un prolongado imbalance de energia nos llevara a fluctuaciones en nuestro peso.

Variedad significa escoger alimentos de todos los grupos y subgrupos, enlugar de siempre comer lo mismo todo el tiempo. Variedad significa ser creativo y hacer tus platillos interesantes y asegurarnos que almismo tiempo ofrezcan varios nutrientes. Una variedad es mejor ya que ningun alimento po si solo reune todos los nutrientes.

Moderacion La Moderacion requiere poner mas atencion a las porciones, los tamaños y a la planeacion diaria de nuestro patron alimenticion.

Como conclusion de esta informacion, puedo decir que el educarme al respecto me ha ayudado a mantener un estilo de vida sano, prevenir enfermedades y gozar de mucha energia. Debo admitir que existe mucha informacion al respecto y que en momentos puede ser muy abrumador, pero te aseguro que confias en esta informacion tambien te funcionara a ti. Existe mucha mala informacion en el internet y en las redes sociales, pero te garantizo que lo que te compartire es basado con pautas dieteticas para un estilo de vida sano. Aparte de ser un estudiante de Nutricion amo el tema y me apaciona el material que he obtenido de mis libros, tambien he tenido la oportunidad de leer otros materiales que an expandido mi conocimiento. Uno de mis favoritos por ejemplo, es el Libro del Dr. Michael Greger. “How Not Die“. Este libro y su material me han ayudado mucho para poder comparti muchos tips en las redes sociales.
